Kloodle Hub captures what your students do every day and turns it into profiles, reports and growth over time: evidence of who they are becoming, not just what they scored.
Written on the day, by the teachers who saw it happen. In your words: students, grade levels, semesters, the IEP, child protection, your Portrait of a Graduate. American spelling throughout.
Built with specialist schools and alternative education in England. Now opening to schools and programs in the United States.
In your words
Kloodle Hub was built in England. Switch a school to the United States and every screen, every PDF and everything the AI writes uses the words American schools use. Your own names for things, including the ones below, can be changed by your admin without asking us.
Students, never pupils or learners. Kindergarten through 12th grade, worked out from the date of birth by the common September 1 rule. No Key Stages, no "Year 10".
The school year runs August to May. Set the grading periods your district uses and teacher feedback, progress reports and the plan follow them. No "half term".
Upload the IEP, the 504 plan or an evaluation and the Hub builds a Student Success Plan: goals, accommodations, actions and the evidence under each. The IEP stays the legal document; this is the living record beside it.
Put your district's graduate competencies on the skills wheel, and every entry a teacher logs is tagged against them. Or CASEL's five SEL competencies, or durable skills, or your own.
The protection module speaks your policy: concerns, the staff who must be told, a chronology for every student. Switch it off if your district runs another system.
Staff titles the American way: principal, assistant principal, school counselor, paraprofessional, homeroom or advisory teacher, and your own on top.
Work-based learning, CTE pathways, internships and job shadowing on the record; postsecondary plans and outcomes instead of "destinations".
Color, organize, enrollment, behavior, on screen and in every report the AI writes. Month, day, year on every date box.
Kloodle Hub does not replace your IEP software or your student information system. It is the evidence record that sits beside them: what the student did, who saw it, and what it shows against the goals.
Capturing it
A teacher says or types what happened, adds a photo, and saves. AI writes it up in your voice, grades the evidence and tags the skills. The entry is tagged once and then used everywhere: the wheels, the plan, the progress reports, the Passport the student leaves with.
The plan
Upload the IEP, a 504 plan, an evaluation or a transition plan and the Student Success Plan builds itself: strengths, areas of need and accommodations, annual goals in the document's own words, SMART goals with the actions to go and do under each, and collaboration with parents and guardians, related services and teaching staff. It lands as live, editable text for staff to check, and every activity logged against a goal sits underneath it as evidence.
The school year
Set your own grading periods once and everything follows them: teacher feedback by semester or quarter, the plan reviewed each period, the journey strip drawn on the school year, growth between any two points. The dashed line is where they started; the solid shape is where they are now.
Reporting
A report can carry any part of a student's profile, and only the parts you pick. Before anything is produced you read the whole thing on screen, reword a sentence, drop an item that should not go to this audience. What you changed shapes that report only: the record itself is never edited to tidy up a report.
Child protection
Any member of staff logs a concern. The staff you nominate are alerted the moment it is saved, every action is recorded through to closure, and the chronology, the body maps and the board report come from the same record. No spreadsheet, and no second system to pay for.
The student view
Every student can have their own login. They log what they have done, watch their wheels grow, pin the work they are proud of, and graduate with a Passport that goes with them to college, an apprenticeship or a job.
Make it yours
Nothing in Kloodle Hub is fixed. A district puts its Portrait of a Graduate on the wheel. An alternative education program calls its students young people and its staff mentors. A charter network renames the plan. Each of those is one setting an admin can change without asking.
AI and your data
Student data is held in London under UK GDPR, one of the strictest data protection regimes in the world, and we set out exactly where it goes, who can see it and how FERPA's school official exception applies in a plain Data Privacy Agreement before anything is uploaded. The AI does the writing up, the grading and the reading of documents; staff can change every word it produces, and a school can run the platform without it.
Turn it off and no data from your school is sent to an AI model. Logging, wheels, plans and reports all still work.
The AI sees a Kloodle reference, not a student's name. Real names stay on your screens only.
Only ever shown through short lived secure links, never a public address.
Speech is transcribed and the audio discarded. Only the words you checked are kept.
Who it is for
Kloodle Hub was built with specialist schools and alternative provision in England, where character and the growth exams cannot see have to be evidenced for inspectors. It fits any school or program that wants that growth written down and shown to the people who need to see it.
Dated evidence of character formation against your Portrait of a Graduate or your core values, for every student, K to 12.
A Student Success Plan from the IEP in one upload, goals reviewed each grading period, evidence under every goal for the annual review.
Re-engagement evidence for students the standard setting did not serve: well-being, session structures and growth over time.
Cross-school dashboards, a shared vocabulary, and reports for the board and the state from the same record.
