A partnership is not a logo on a page. It is a working arrangement that puts real opportunities in front of learners and records what came of them.
Employers
Publish the skills and character you actually recruit for, then post the placements, work experience and jobs you have. Schools see what you value. You see evidence of what a young person has done, not a CV at sixteen.
Programmes
Your programme gets its own showcase in the Hub: your framework as the skills wheel, your language in the activity templates, and anonymised examples a school can look at before it commits to running anything.
Networks
You convene the employers and community organisations. Kloodle Hub records what learners did with them and reports it back, so the value of the network shows up in a school report rather than in an anecdote.
Who we work with
Small on purpose. Each one is a live piece of work with a named person on both sides, and we would rather say what is still being built than imply it is finished.
First Give runs social action programmes in schools, where young people research a cause, work with a charity and present for real funding. Their showcase setting in the Hub carries their skills wheel and anonymised student examples, so a school can see what social action evidence looks like before it runs the programme.

Catalysis Hubs brings together businesses and third sector organisations across Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire. We are developing a joint education, skills and employment readiness offer for schools and trusts: Kloodle Hub for the character and skills evidence, the Catalysis Hubs network for the work experience and opportunities behind it.

What we ask
Learner data stays with the school. Partners see their own showcase and anonymised examples, never another setting's learners. The detail is in our trust and documents pack.
Tell us what your organisation offers young people and which schools you already reach. If there is a fit we will sketch the offer together, test it with a school that knows us both, and only then put it in front of the sector.
