KKloodle HubAustralia

Every student leaves with more than an ATAR. Now you can prove it.

Kloodle Hub captures what your students do every day and turns it into profiles, reports and distance travelled: evidence of who they are becoming, not just what they scored.

Written on the day, by the teachers who saw it happen. In your words: students, year levels, Terms 1 to 4, the IEP, your state's protection words. Australian spelling throughout.

In use at an independent Prep to Year 12 school in Queensland. Built for Australian schools since 2026.

In your words

What you say is what you see.

Kloodle Hub was built in England. Switch a school to Australia and every screen, every PDF and everything the AI writes uses the words Australian schools use. Your own names for things, including the ones below, can be changed by your admin without asking us.

Students and year levels

Students, never pupils or learners. Year levels from Prep or Kindergarten to Year 12, worked out from the date of birth by your state's starting-age rule. No Key Stages.

Terms 1 to 4, Semesters 1 and 2

The school year runs January to December. Reports and teacher feedback by semester; the plan reviewed by term. No autumn term, no half term.

The IEP and NCCD adjustments

The plan is an Individual Education Plan with goals and adjustments, areas of need in the four NCCD categories, built from an assessment, a verification or a prior plan.

Your state's protection words

Child protection in New South Wales, child safety in Victoria, student protection in Queensland, safeguarding and the Safeguarding Lead in Tasmania: the module uses your state's words, or your school's own.

Principal, form teacher, Head of Year

Staff titles the Australian way, and your own on top: Headmaster, Head of House, Learning Enrichment Coordinator, whatever your school says.

VET and work placement hours

Each placement shift logged with its hours and verified, totalled against the requirement: 70 or 35 hours for an HSC VET course in New South Wales, or whatever your course needs.

Australian spelling

Colour, organise, enrolment and program, on screen and in every report the AI writes. Programme, if that is your school's house style.

Dates the Australian way

Day, month, year on every screen and in every report, today's date in your own time zone, and the period names you set: Term 1 to Term 4, Semester 1 and 2.

Australia has no national statutory plan like England's EHCP. Kloodle Hub does not pretend otherwise: the plan is your school's IEP, and what you upload to build it is whatever you already hold, a specialist report, an Education Adjustment Program verification, an NDIS plan or last year's IEP.

Capturing it

Written on the day, by the teacher who was there. In under a minute.

A teacher says or types what happened, adds a photo, and saves. AI writes it up in your voice, grades the evidence and tags the skills. The entry is tagged once and then used everywhere: the wheels, the IEP, the semester reports, the Passport the student leaves with.

  • ✓Voice notes: tap Record, say what happened, check the words. The audio is never stored
  • ✓Every entry graded Rich or Thin on the spot, so thin evidence shows long before a report is due
  • ✓Skills and your school's own values tagged automatically, then checked by a teacher
  • ✓Positive observations, and one group activity for a whole form with each student's goals matched
  • ✓Your own Activity Bank, so your session structure is in the form rather than in a Word document

The IEP

From the assessment to the IEP, in one upload.

Upload a specialist report, a verification, a review or last year's plan and the IEP builds itself: strengths, areas of need and adjustments in the four NCCD categories, long-term goals, SMART goals with the actions to go and do under each, and collaboration with parents and carers, allied health and teaching staff. It lands as live, editable text for staff to check, and every activity logged against a goal sits underneath it as evidence.

  • ✓Goals in the document's own words at the top, with a journey strip showing where the student is in the year
  • ✓AI reads the document; staff edit the result, and nothing is confirmed one line at a time
  • ✓Actions under every goal, with the entries that count towards it linked beneath
  • ✓A tab per term, with a review on each goal: continue, change, maintain or achieved
  • ✓Call it an IEP, an ICP or an Individual Support Plan, and use your own goal categories
  • ✓Every student's plan in one place, filtered by form and year level

The school year

January to December, four terms, two semesters.

Set your own reporting periods once and everything follows them: teacher feedback by semester, the plan reviewed by term, the journey strip drawn on the calendar year, distance travelled between any two points. The dashed line is where they started; the solid shape is where they are now.

  • ✓Everything downloadable for the Board, reviewers, funders or families

States and territories

Eight school systems. One Hub that knows which one you are in.

Choose your state once in Settings. The first year's name, the starting age that turns a date of birth into a year level, the stages on a student's journey, the senior certificate the AI writes about, the protection words and the time zone all follow.

From each state's education department and curriculum authority, October 2026. Catholic and independent schools set their own term dates: set yours once as reporting periods and the Hub follows them.

Pathways and reporting

Eighteen report sections. You choose, you read it, then it is produced.

A report can carry any part of a student's profile, and only the parts you pick. Before anything is produced you read the whole thing on screen, reword a sentence, drop an item that should not go to this audience. What you changed shapes that report only: the record itself is never edited to tidy up a report.

  • ✓Everything is reportable: attendance, wheels, the IEP and its actions, reading, employers, photographs
  • ✓Preview and edit before the PDF exists, with nothing filed until you say so
  • ✓Your crest, name and address on every page, and a formal or a warm, parent friendly voice
  • ✓A read only link for a parent or carer, valid for thirty days
  • ✓The Destinations navigator, where you switch it on: real local options for each student, university, TAFE, apprenticeships and traineeships
  • ✓Every report kept in an Admin Library, readable again without regenerating it

VET and work placement

Every placement hour, verified and counted.

In New South Wales an HSC VET course carries mandatory work placement, 70 hours on a 240-hour course and 35 on a 120-hour one, and not completing it is grounds for withholding the course. Elsewhere placement follows the qualification or earns credit. Kloodle Hub keeps the hours: each shift logged by the student or the teacher with a photo and a few words, verified before it counts, and totalled against what each student needs, so nobody finds out in Term 4.

  • ✓A requirement on each student, picked from the NESA figures or your own: 70 hours, 35 hours, 160 for a Certificate III
  • ✓Each shift logged in under a minute: hours, host, what they did, a photo, and whether it was simulated at school
  • ✓Hours count once a teacher verifies the shift; what is still waiting shows in amber
  • ✓Every student's hours on one page, overdue and due soon first, with a CSV for the VET coordinator
  • ✓Units of competency as tags on every entry, so the record reads in the training package's own words
  • ✓The hours and the shifts in the Passport and the Custom Report, for the RTO, an employer or the family

Child protection

A full child protection record, inside the same platform.

Any member of staff logs a concern. Your nominated contacts are alerted the moment it is saved (Student Protection Contacts in a Queensland non-state school, the Safeguarding Lead in Tasmania), every action is recorded through to closure, and the chronology, the body maps and the Board report come from the same record. No spreadsheet, and no second system to pay for.

  • ✓Concerns in clear categories, set up for your school and its procedures under the Child Safe Standards
  • ✓Alerts to the nominated contacts and the Principal, in the Hub and by email, and never into silence
  • ✓Actions, closure with a reason, and a single chronology for each student
  • ✓Body maps and documents attached to the concern, never to the profile
  • ✓Reporter, pastoral, contact and Principal roles, plus a Board view that shows only the figures
  • ✓Already use another system, or your school's own Safeguarding Children process? Switch the module off and none of it shows

The student view

Their own Passport, on their own phone.

Every student can have their own login. They log what they have done, watch their wheels grow, pin the work they are proud of, and leave with a Passport that goes with them to university, TAFE, an apprenticeship or a job.

  • ✓They log their own: a photo and a few words, typed or spoken, verified by a teacher before it counts
  • ✓Featured posts: up to four pieces of work pinned to the top of their profile
  • ✓About me in their own words: interests, likes and dislikes, and the support that works
  • ✓Points with a reason and a running total, and a Reading Log, where you switch them on
  • ✓The Kloodle Passport PDF: wheels, featured work, certificates and the entries behind them

Make it yours

Your words, your values, your switches.

Nothing in Kloodle Hub is fixed. A grammar school says Headmaster and form teacher. A flexi school says young person and mentor. A Catholic college calls its plan a Personalised Plan. Each of those is one setting an admin can change without asking.

  • ✓Forty eight switches: every section of the profile and most features, on or off per school
  • ✓Your values on the second wheel, three to eight of them
  • ✓Any word on any screen renamed for your school: student, teacher, activity, year level, the plan itself
  • ✓How the AI writes: a formal record or a warm voice, with your own house style, in Australian English
  • ✓Your crest on every report, your goal categories, your frameworks and awards

AI and your data

Yours to control. Stored in London.

Your students' data is held in the United Kingdom under UK GDPR, one of the strictest data protection regimes in the world, and we set out exactly where it goes and who can see it in a plain Data Processing Agreement before anything is uploaded. The AI does the writing up, the grading and the reading of documents; staff can change every word it produces, and a school can run the platform without it.

Trust centre: DPA, security, privacy →

One switch for AI

Turn it off and no data from your school is sent to an AI model. Logging, wheels, plans and reports all still work.

Names never sent to the AI

The AI sees a Kloodle reference, not a student's name. Real names stay on your screens only.

Private photos and files

Only ever shown through short lived secure links, never a public address.

Voice notes never stored

Speech is transcribed and the audio discarded. Only the words you checked are kept.
