Capturing it
A member of staff says or types what happened, adds a photo, and saves. AI writes it up in your voice, grades the evidence and tags the skills. The entry is tagged once and then used everywhere: the wheels, the plan, the reports, the Passport the young person leaves with.
Distance travelled
Pick a cohort and a period. The dashed line is where they started, the solid shape is where they are now, and every point on it traces back to a dated entry a member of staff wrote. No extra work, because it is the same evidence.
Plans and targets
Upload the EHCP, a referral or a review and the plan builds itself: strengths, areas of need, SMART targets with the actions to go and do under each, and collaboration with parents, specialists and staff. It lands as live, editable text for staff to check, and every activity logged against a target sits underneath it as evidence.
Reporting
A report can carry any part of a young person's profile, and only the parts you pick. Before anything is produced you read the whole thing on screen, reword a sentence, drop an item that should not go to this audience. What you changed shapes that report only: the record itself is never edited to tidy up a report.
Pick a class, a year group or the whole setting and a date range. Kloodle Hub writes up what they did, charts the entries, names the targets met and says what to focus on next, with a PDF for the file. Ten minutes of reading in place of an afternoon of scrolling.
Safeguarding
Any member of staff logs a concern. The designated leads are alerted the moment it is saved, every action is recorded through to closure, and the chronology, the body maps and the governor report come from the same record. No spreadsheet, and no second system to pay for.
The learner view
Every learner can have their own login. They log what they have done, watch their wheels grow, pin the work they are proud of, and leave with a Passport that goes with them to college, an apprenticeship or a job.
Employers
Employer partnerships worth the name are the hardest thing to sustain on goodwill and spreadsheets. Kloodle Hub is the infrastructure a town can build them on: real opportunities, real applications, and a member of staff between the two.
Alternative provision and the secure estate
An alternative provision is character education, whether or not it uses those words. It is judged on evidence it rarely has time to gather, and it is where this platform does its most serious work. The same platform runs inside a therapeutic prison, in a mode built for it.
Make it yours
Nothing in Kloodle Hub is fixed. A college reads evidence, student and tutor on every screen. A hospital school calls distance travelled Progress made. A riding centre tracks its award levels through the Activity Bank. Each of those started with one email, and most of it an admin can change without asking.
What the measures can see
The formation is the point, but the inspection is real. Kloodle Hub counts benchmark coverage from the activities your staff already logged, and shows the gaps as plainly as the coverage, because the gaps are what a careers lead can actually act on.
AI and your data
The AI does the writing up, the grading and the reading of documents. Staff can change every word it produces, and a setting can run the platform without it.
Turn it off and no data from your setting is sent to an AI model. Logging, wheels, plans and reports all still work.
Decide whether young people can use AI help themselves, or only staff.
Only ever shown through short lived secure links, never a public address.
Speech is transcribed and the audio discarded. Only the words you checked are kept.

Why this exists
“Nobody stands up at a funeral and reads out exam results.”
What gets remembered is who somebody became: how they treated people, what they kept going at, what they did when nobody was watching. Schools shape all of it, every day, usually without ever recording a word of it.
Kloodle Hub is the record. Not a badge collection and not a set of tick boxes for the labour market, but dated evidence of formation, written by the adults who saw it happen.
The reforms are real and Kloodle Hub is ready for them. They are not the reason the work matters.
The Character of Place
The word character comes from the Greek kharaktēr: a mark engraved so deep it becomes part of the substance. Places do the engraving; schools most of all. Exams cannot see those marks. Kloodle Hub exists so somebody can.
It did not start with a feature list. It started with that argument, set out in Neil Wolstenholme's book. Every part of the platform is the argument made practical.
